Summer Program Payment and Refund Policy
Tuition for the Summer Program is $1,800 for two weeks. This amount covers the full cost of attending the program, including the cost of classes, room & board, and all activities fees. This amount does not include the cost of traveling to and from the program, nor does it include spending money the student may wish to have on hand in order to make personal purchases such as toiletries, snacks, or souvenirs.
In order to secure your place in the program, a $200 deposit is due by May 1st. The remaining tuition must be paid by June 1st.
Scholarships
Partial scholarships are available for students with financial need. To apply for financial aid, please complete the Summer Program application and answer the questions about aid within the application. We will send you an application for financial aid once you have applied and been accepted into the Summer Program.
Our scholarships are intended to cover a portion of the $1,800 tuition. The scholarship amount is entirely need-based and dependent on the financial situation of the student and their family. The scholarship cannot be used to cover the $200 deposit that is required of all participants.
If you wish to be considered for a scholarship, please apply early, as there is limited financial aid available. Students will be notified of scholarship awards in the spring, before deposits or payments are due.
Refund Policy
In order to secure your place in the program, a $200 deposit is due by May 1, 2024. This deposit is not refundable after May 1.
The remaining tuition is due by June 1, 2024. If you cancel by June 4 you will receive a 100% refund (minus deposit). If you cancel between June 5 and June 23 you will receive a 50% refund (minus deposit). All payments are non-refundable after June 23, 2024.
