About the speaker

Jo-ann Rosen is a therapist, Dharma teacher, and the author of Unshakeable: Trauma-Informed Mindfulness for Collective Awakening. Her work sits at the intersection of psychology and contemplative practice, with a specific focus on nervous system regulation. Jo-ann is dedicated to helping individuals navigate periods of high stress and overwhelm by offering gentle, science-backed tools that foster inner stability, spiritual resilience, and collective awakening.
