Feeling Blah? On Finding Freedom and Empowerment in Pandemic Times

A recent NYTimes article defined the dominant feeling of our pandemic times as languishing—a kind of blah, stagnation, or muddling through your day. While strategies like watching Netflix or connecting with friends online work temporarily, could this emotion also be an opportunity to rediscover the unconditional well-being that we all have access to?

Join for a virtual conversation with Dharma Realm Buddhist University (DRBU), a community where Buddhist and Western philosophical traditions are read, conversed, and put into practice. We are associated with City of Ten Thousand Buddhas, the largest Buddhist monastery in Northern California.

Doug Powers, one of our most senior professors, will be joining the conversation along with other members of the DRBU community. Expect a fun and lively dialogue.
